Doris A. Ferres DMD
A native of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Doris A. Ferres has lived in Vero Beach since December 1990. Before moving to the United States, she had a private dental practice, and taught Clinical Dentistry in her Alma Mater. From 1994 to 2004, She was a full time professor at Indian River State College, where she taught Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting. In 2000, She graduated from the University of Florida School of Dentistry, receiving her American Accreditation.
She lives with her husband, Retired Air Force Colonel Carlos Halcomb. She enjoys activities such as ballroom dancing, Golfing, cooking, and the outdoors, as well as keeping in shape.
